All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"This potty is great for potty training. My son loves baby Einstein so he was ecstatic about the gears on it. Since it mimicked a real toilet it was nice to talk to him about sitting on it/standing and how the toilet looks! The colors are vibrant also making it kid friendly."

The music the real flush sound and the spinning gears is fantastic features that intrigue toddlers. The seat is removable to put on the toilet for when she's ready for that."

"Potty is super cute but took away one star because the gears on the back are scary to my toddler. He tries to relax & then his 3yo sibling comes along & pushes the button & it freaks him out. Also the guard on the front is not high enough for my son so when he pees it shoots out onto the floor. I think would work better for a girl or for an older child being potty trained maybe. But my little guy likes a simpler design without noises & distractions."

"I got it for my daughter and I am very happy I did. I decided it was time to start potty training but a big toilet is kind of intimidating. So getting this little toilet really helped us on our potty training journey. It made things a lot more fun and engaging. It makes sounds and has music. Another cute thing she really likes it the characters that are reviled when they potty. Big plus is when we are ready to move to the big toilet. The transition seat will really help us with that. I am very happy with it."
"Overall we're enjoying this potty training toilet. For our almost 2-year-old it's the perfect height for him to walk over to and sit down on comfortably. It's a great size for little ones though it might not be suitable for bigger kids as they grow. Since we're just beginning potty training I was really interested in the urine-activated character feature to help teach cause and effect. Unfortunately the character doesn't appear to respond to water pH so I couldn't demonstrate what would happen when he peed. This feature could be more effective if it responded as expected. My child loves the buttons and it's nice that it makes potty time more engaging for him. The flush sound however plays after the music which seems a bit strange. It would feel more realistic if the flush happened first. Overall this is a good potty training toilet with some helpful features though it could be improved by tweaking a few of them."
