All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

Without looking at the box I would have assumed putting the ball in the hole on the top would make it come out of its trunk but that’s not the case. Love how the ears are textured"

It has lights and different holes music and the front launch is not too far which can encourage babies to move and even motivate them to crawl. They love all the holes that the balls can go to and how the elephant shoots the ball if it is in the trunk. I only wish the trunk was bigger so more than one ball would fit but other that that it's a great toy"
