All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"Great toy for 5 to 12 months especially. Soft and fun. Worked well on car trips to decrease fussiness but also was lightweight/relatively safe for her to hold in her car seat. Only downside was a friend’s dog also thought they were neat and chewed on one but overall a great early toy for pre-crawlers /crawling stage of life"

"I think I love these more than my child lol. Each block side is a different texture/feature. The blue one vibrates and the yellow one has a bell. Each is well made and very eye catching for babies. Highly recommended"

"These blocks are a set of large blocks in a soft material. I really like these for my 10 month old as it’s a good big size for him to grab throw try to stack and generally chew. Each block has a different feature and I really like the one with the vibration pull string (took me a few weeks to realize it even did that). My baby is a bit older but I think he would have enjoyed these and played with them at 6 months."
