All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"I thought this shell phone is very cute. I gave it to my 1 years old to play with but she wasn’t in the mood to play with it and just batted it away. Her older sister who is 4 years old did really like it. She would talk into it and pretend that she was talking to her boyfriend. Very funny to see. She would also push the buttons to play music.
