All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"I (and my 1 year old) love this table. Its durable and the voice is clear and easily understood. Which I find a problem on a lot of these talking toys. My only complaint is that the voice says yellow a lot. Even at times when a different coloured hand hand held thing is supposed to be activating a different colour (red or blue). Wondering of anyone else has experienced this with their table? Otherwise we couldn't be happier with the purchase."
"My twin toddlers thoroughly enjoy playing with the Baby Einstein Curiosity Table. The bright colors and sounds peak their curiosity and the gears make for great learning. There are three different language settings that teach them colors in different languages. My son has already started repeating them. They love the magnetic drawing art section and later on they'll be able to use the white board. There's so much for them to play with and learn with the curiosity table."
