All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"This is so cute and I love all the functions it has. The humidifier and diffuser are great especially when anyone is sick. The red light is perfect for bedtime and the regular light makes nighttime diaper changes easier. I do wish the noise machine part was slightly louder but it's nice to have either way. Unfortunately my five year old is not a fan of it and says it sounds creepy. So we don't get to use that function."
"I have been using this for my grand daughter. She always wants some type of house or something in the background but we don't want the TV playing. This has been perfect for her. I wish it was a little louder though. She also loves gavthw red light on. I haven't used the oil diffuser or the humidifier yet but I will be soon"

"Great little dream machine for baby! My little one has a particularly hard time sleeping at night. I’m not sure what it is but could be her loooong time teething. Anyway this machine has all the best parts- night light white & red humidifier with oil defuser and sound. The sound is probably the only part I am a little disappointed in because there is only one that makes a white noise. It does have adjustable volume though. The red & white lights can be adjusted to brightness too. I was excited to try the red light therapy & it does not disappoint! Makes even me feel relaxed! I would absolutely recommend this simple easy to use machine with all the best features."
