All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

Wheels lock so it’s safe to ‘lean on’ and doesn’t get away from him when he walks holding onto the handlebar. I’m totally pleased with this purchase as is he!!"

My son plays with it every single day and there isn't been a day that he is not crying because he hurt himself on its wheels. For information this walker can lock only the back wheels so when assembled as an activity table the front wheels spin. My son always lean on the front wheels to stand up and as the wheels spin he loses control and hit his head on the toy. Apart from that it is a very nice toy that can hold babies attention for a very long time."

"My daughter and nephew both love it! They seem to enjoy it in all of the different stances it can be in however the directions in the manual are lacking. There are no directions on how to change the language and I can’t find anything online."

"I like this toy because it has great music and also has two other languages such as French and Spanish. What i didn’t like about the toy is the wheels barely roll it doesn’t stay in the position where my son can push it and the music board doesn’t stay attached too well."
