All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"This is such a sweet little set and the rattles are a big hit with my baby. They are perfect for gripping and the soft crinkly side is also nice in case he accidentally hits himself in the face (which has happened a couple of times already). The piano and tambourine are also nice but I anticipate the stickers on them won't last long--I'd prefer if the images were printed instead. Overall a very fun set and my 14 week old is loving it so far."
