All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"This was super easy to put together. Probably took 10 mins and directions were clear. I was hoping it would fit my bigger kid since it’s up to 50lbs but she’s too tall for it. It’ll work fine for my youngest though. Easy to push and buckle is secure so kids cannot unclip themselves."

"Decent stroller for the size. It folds up well and has a very appropriate sized basket in the bottom to store things in. The buckles are also easy to use to strap baby into. The wheels are fine for basic use but wouldn’t do well on gravel or rough terrain."
