All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"I am loving this holiday gift set just as much as my baby! We are learning animals colors and shapes we are stacking and counting and having a blast with our imagination. She is just 15 months old and isn’t close to counting or repeating colors just yet but repetition is how they learn and I know she’s soaking it all in!
