Instructions & Care

  • Bolster - Remove from frame. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, using low heat. Seat pad/Toy bar and toys - Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water. Frame - Wipe the frame with soft, clean cloth and mild soap.

Returns Processing

We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. 

If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization.  Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"We got this when my son was older so he grew out of it pretty quickly but we loved it while we were able to use it. I loved how versatile it is it can rock and bounce as well as a massaging feature that my baby loved! It’s lightweight and easy to move around from room to room so you have a safe place to set baby down. The only downside is that the weight limit is 20 lbs which doesn’t give the bouncer the longest life for us because I have big babies. I’m pregnant with twins now and so excited to break it out again and use it from the beginning."

"Very easy to assemble. I love the colors and sloth of the Parker. Massager is great for the colicky baby! The 5 point harness is a great safety feature. I like that the buckle is covered. The carrying tote is a great bonus for on the go. The only con is the type of batteries. I don’t usually keep C batteries on hand and they are not included."

"Great options on a bouncer but I ultimately gave it 4 stars because I want a baby item to last longer than 6 months. I felt like it was made well and thought the message belly thing was a nice touch but I want the bouncer to have a higher weight limit. My baby is close to the 20 lbs weight limit to this and I felt like she might tumble out because the seat rocked."

"I love the color of this seat and that it matches the high chair that I have as well. The collection will look great in my home. This is the same quality as my current bouncer from Ingenuity but has additional features that I am excited out. I like that it is a bouncer and a rocker I am used to only the bouncer option. "I opened the box and was first amazed by the carrying bag and how flat the seat folded up! No assembly was needed at all. The chair opens and clicks into place. It’s perfect for traveling or taking to grandparents’ houses when visiting. The material is soft but easily wipeable. One of my favorite features is the belly massager!! I have never had a product like this before (with a belly massager) but absolutely love it. Overall this product FAR exceeds my expectations for a baby seat!"
