Returns Processing

We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. 

If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization.  Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"This Ingenuity rocker is very lightweight. Perfect to move around the house, which I find very convenient to follow the baby's routine. Folding it down makes it easier to store or bring along while vising the family. I got this for my 2nd baby. The breathable seat makes my baby feel comfortable and vibration helps her stay calm and relaxed for a bit. Two reclining positions are perfect for baby to play and rest depending on the time of the day. I just wish the motion timer lasted long, it shuts off pretty quickly. Also the motion is not that strong which can calm fussy baby but it fits into the routine for everyday short use and portability."

"This baby rocker is very quick and easy to put together. I like that it has a 5-point harness, which eases my mind that baby won’t roll out. My baby is starting to roll over, so this is a definite concern. I like that the vibration pod can be moved from front to back. The front position seems to work well and helps when she is colicky. This rocker folds down so it’s easy to take allow when traveling. Nice lightweight rocker that is well worth the money."

"My baby girl loves this rocker. It was fairly easy to put together, my only issue is I can’t, for the life of me figure out how to secure the toy bar into the rocker! I’m not sure if it’s made to be that way but I looked over and over in the instructions and all they say is to insert the bar into the rocker lol. So I’m not really sure on that. It just kinda sits in the slots so you can’t pick the rocker up by the bar when moving it otherwise it just comes right out. Other than that issue, everything else it lovely. It rocks gently, baby loves looking at the toys and the vibration is such a cool addition! She really likes it! And when you’re done with the product or will be traveling, you just fold it down and stow it away in its bag! Super easy and my daughter approves. I’ll give it a 8/10"

"The Ingenuity Nestle Vibrating Rocker is a lightweight rocker. It is very easy to travel back and forth with the carry bag. This rocker comes with a toy bar which comes with 2 toys. The toys are removable and have velcro to reattach them. My 3 month old is able to grab toys and love the little elephant toy. I really appreciate the bottom and top cover fabric for the safety harness buckle, prevents any pinching on my son who wiggles. This rocker also has a vibe pod that is removable. You can place it on the belly cover fabric or the back of the rocker. It has one setting which isn't overwhelming and my son prefers it placed on the back pocket. I love the breathable mesh fabric and the fact that it is easy to remove for washing. Overall this is a great rocker for on the go moms!"
