All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"I am not going to lie this rocker is cute and functional however it’s very basic and not much can be done with it. As far a big a comfortable resting place for my baby it serves its purpose. I like how lightweight it is and how easy it is to carry around especially since I live in a two level house. As far as functionality it serves it’s purpose would recommend to anyone who is considering a basic ticket for their baby."
"This swing is so sweet and precious any baby would feel calm and cute in it. The swinging motion is nice and smooth. The material is so soft and silky. There isn’t also a pack that you can insert to play some music or add vibrations to send baby off to dreamland. This is pure baby bliss."
"This chair is really pretty. I love the colors the fabrics and the attached toys. The problem for me is that the chair's legs are backwards from normal bouncer seats which causes the chair to lean forward with weight rather than backward. When we first put our daughter in this seat at under a month old she flopped forward and ended up folded in half with her head by her feet. As she's gotten older she likes to be more upright and it is working a little better for us but I wish the legs were the other way. I would love to recommend it but this one issue makes it a no for us."

"Wow!! This is the best bouncer available ever! Obviously as the years advance so do the products on the shelf to choose from. With my 1st child all the bouncers did was vibrate and have lights! Now with this 1 I'm surprised it doesn't feed my princess while changing her diaper! She loves being in it and listening to the music and the material is sooooo soft. It's super easy to put together and if need be take apart for travel. Trust me you won't be disappointed with this!"
"It was perfect for my little girl from newborn to 3/4 months she fit perfectly and enjoyed sitting in this bouncer. It is very soft and easy to clean. However as she got older she didn’t enjoy it as much she grew to big to fit comfortably and got bored easily."

"The Flora the Unicorn bouncer is the perfect bouncer. The design and colors are very cute and stylish and perfect for a little girl. Assembly was pretty simple with the step-by-step instructions. The fabric feels and appears to be very durable and it is so very soft against the skin. The bouncer requires 3 C batteries and plays 12 different melodies with volume control. There's a very cute removable headrest. There's an adjustable 3 point harness to keep baby safe and secure. The toybar has cute butterfly and unicorn and is removable also. The seat itself is easy to clean and take on and off. I love it very cute; I'd buy it for a gift and I'd purchase this again if needed."
