All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

We also like that it has the bar attached with a couple of toys to look when sitting in the bouncer. It has a good seat belt that keeps baby from falling out. The colors are really nice. Baby sits up a little more which is great to be able to look around or be able to play with attached toys. Head rest can be removed as baby grows to extend usage! Play toys can be removed too.
