- Bassinet frame: Clean plastic and metal surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Air dry. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- AirLoom+ mattress soft goods: Machine wash, cold water. Delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Line dry. Do not iron.
- Mattress core: hand wash with cold water and mild detergent. Air dry. Spot clean as needed.
- Swaddle Pod: Wash before first use. Machine wash cold with like colors, gentle cycle. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Tumble dry, low heat.
- Pod Strap: Wash before first use. Place pod strap into laundry bag. Machine wash cold. Delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Do not put in dryer. Drip dry. Do not iron.

Returns Processing
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"First thing first product is easy to assemble. Less the 15 mins to get it all together. My baby is currently 3 months old an he sleeps mostly thru the night. We wake up about two times for diaper changes an feedings. I have a queen size bed not that far of the floor at my moms house an the bassinet sits at a perfect height to reach my kiddo. Its a safe an secure space an has nice materials. My baby does love it an its nice to move around in the room also."

My favorite part is the drop down side so you can pull it right up next to your bed. The bottom is secure and there is adjustable height to fit any bed height. This bassinet is a must have for me and I highly recommend it!"
