Returns Processing

If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

The swing was fairly easy to assemble and has great noise/music to help our baby relax when he’s fussy. Aside from the large base the settings are easy to use and the movement has good speed options as well as sound and a a way to adjust. The colors are easy to match and neutral and it is comfortable and supportive for an infant or older. It does only face one way and swings side to side which is plenty most times."
