All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"I am extremely impressed with this bouncer! It folds up so nicely and comes with a bag. It’s extremely easy to quickly unfold and fold back up. I really like how the vibration device actually comes out to change batteries and if you don’t even want to use it you don’t have to! It’s a really breathable material so it’s perfect for summer use outside!"

It is lightweight less than 5 pound and perfect for traveling, folds in half of its size. It also comes with a bag to travel with. The harness keeps the baby safe in it. "I wasn’t sure how my daughter would like this. Chairs that rock have been hit and miss for a her, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The chair itself is easy to put up, lightweight but durable and made well. It comes with a handy travel bag for on the go. She normally gets bored within 10 minutes but she sat in this bouncing away multiple times for over that time. She loves the toy it comes with, she played with that for a while too. The vibration feature is something else that she particularly likes, you can put the “vibration remote” in the front or the back. Overall, I am very impressed and pleased with this!"
"This bouncer is so convenient because when its not in use it folds away and doesn’t need to take up space in the area. I put it under the chair and it’s out of sight but available easily when needed. The material is soft and breathable but sturdy. It also required no assembly! I use it for when I need to be hands free and my baby needs to be in my line of sight. We don’t use it for sleep and still get plenty of use from this."

"This is a nice baby bouncer. I love how lightweight and compact it is. It folds up and stores in the included bag. It's easy to pop open and start using right away. It comes with a little remote you have to add a battery to and it vibrates. You can put it in the front or back depending on your babies needs. It also comes with a little rattle toy that connects to it to keep your baby occupied. It's easy to buckle your baby in also. My baby seems comfortable in it and will stay there awhile too!"
