All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"This is the best learn to sit seat on the market! I tried all the other brands first and regret not getting this one sooner! My baby is super chunky and his legs would get caught in the others. This one leaves room for his chunky thighs without cutting off his circulation like the others would. He loves the little crinkle toy and teether that comes with it. "I love this learn to sit. I love the different positions and how I can take the insert and my baby can play with it. The toys attached to it are amazing and keeps him entertained. It's easy to clean and very portable. The only downside is that my baby has chunky legs and it's a bit hard to put him in it"
"Super cute and nice quality! I like that it came with two little toys a soft crinkle giraffe and a chewy plastic leaf and a tray. The toys are removable in case you want to attach something else. The tray is removable as well so it can be easily washed. The seat folds flat so if you want to take it with you it’s easy to do. I also appreciated how the seat has three different elevation levels so it can grow with baby. It was very simple to assemble as well. Baby loved playing in this and it was nice to have somewhere safe to set her down for a little while."

My baby loves the toys and the taggies on the tummy time mat. It folds flat for easy storage and the seat cover removes easy for washing. My favorite part about this seat compared to other seats is that it also includes a removable tray for snack time (or for additional toys)! Definitely my favorite sit me up seat on the market!!
