All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"Easy to clean the plastic colors are bright. The toys and animals are sturdy and durable enough to endure pulling biting chewing and hitting. The issue is that its impossible to put your child in and impossible to pull him out. Its not for chunky babies."

Its nice knowing that the baby is safe and entertained for a while for times when he cannot be held (dishes laundry shower etc) but is nearby enough to check on. Definitely want to keep it on the floor though for safety sake. Definitely recommend this."
