All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

Assembling was easy but some of the pieces didn't fully click into place so was hard to tell if were installed properly."
"Having a toddler and then twins this is a must! It's a safe place for baby to be entertained and safe. The adjustable height is perfect as they grow. The seat is removable for ease of cleaning but the rest of it can be difficult to clean if you're trying to get all the 'gunk' that can build up. If you don't want the noise just don't put batteries in it the toys are still interactive."

Simple to set up with a few poles and toys to snap into place easy to clean adorable theme with cute music. My baby bounces all day long! (With breaks of course!) There are different height settings the seat pad is easy to remove for cleaning and the seat also swivels so baby can spin all around to interact with all areas of the activity center. "There is seriously so much for you baby to do with this. It is so brightly colored too. I really love that it can grow with your little one too. My grand daughter is at the lowest right now but as she grows I can raise it up. We can even add more toys to the hanging part if we want. I love everything about this."
