All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"This is an adorable rocking seat that my infant son and toddler daughter enjoyed alike (she put her stuffed animals in it to sleep). Easy to assemble sturdy and safe. The material is soft and high-quality. Only downside is that you have to manually rock it but the sounds and design made up for that. Altogether a fine product."
"Simple and easy to use it's been great for us. Like the neutral colors (doesn't scream boy or girl) and adjustable position (3 levels of recline). We avoid using the electronic features to help our baby learn to calm herself vs being dependent on external help to soothe. It's worked well (albeit a bit hard at first!)."
"My baby is always so happy when I put him in the Ingenuity Rocking Seat - Cuddle Lamb. Also I feel happy that it gives him a safe place to rest. The color of this rocking seat is perfect for my boy and he loves it too. Currently I use it as a Rocker Seat for my infant but he will be able to use it too when he grows up as a toddler. I like this cool feature of this seat that it can be used for years to come. This Rocking Seat features soothing vibrations including 12 melodies and 4 nature sounds. My baby is fond of every one of these sounds. Also this Rocking Seat comes with 3 recline positions which gives me the confidence that my baby is always very comfy. Also it comes with two plush toys which keep my baby entertained at all times. The foldable design of this Rocking Seat is great for storage and transport and gives my baby comfort at all times on-the-go. Keeping this amazing Seat is easy and I just have to wipe the toy bar and toys clean with a damp cloth and mild soap as well as wipe the metal frame with soft clean cloth and mild soap and I can machine wash the Seat pad Bolster and Headrest with cold water using gentle cycle using no bleach and once clean I tumble it dry using low heat. All these makes my baby's rocking seat super clean like new again. I love to watch how much by baby loves and enjoys using this rocking seat. "I received the opportunity to use this cuddle lamb rocking seat and wish I had had it with my other children too. It is adorable looking neutral enough that it goes with your decor. Very soft and plush baby was very comfortable and content in it everytime. Excellent features that other similar seats on the market don't have. Price point is good. Easy to store out of the way when not in use. I would recommend it to others and it would also make a great baby gift."

"Pros:It is very easy to adjust the height. It is very easy to go back and forth between rocking and stationary with the kick stand. The music and vibration options are useful. The chair can be adjusted as my baby grows. Cons:Initial assembly was not the easiest. The attachable hanging toy bar is more in the way than helpful; luckily it is easy to remove. Overall my baby enjoys being in the chair and I enjoy having a safe place to set baby down as she checks out her surroundings."
