Instructions & Care
  • Seat pad/Headrest - Remove from frame. Fasten buckles on seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, using low heat.
  • Toy bar and toys - Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water.
  • Lambswool Bolster - Dry clean only.
  • Frame - Wipe the metal frame with soft, clean cloth and mild soap.

    Returns Processing

    We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. 

    If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization.  Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

    "First I wanted to let you know how amazed I am with the rocking seat. My grandson is a very active baby and hardly takes naps during the day. Yesterday I put him in the seat and just a few minutes later he was asleep! LOL. Unbelievable! He actually took two naps (which is not very normal for him). My daughter was amazed as well.     Baby lounge seat cute design

    "First of all this was easy to put together. The rocker is high quality and keeps baby warm. Perfect for winter! The vibration and sound is one of my baby favorite thing of this rocker. I put her down while in doing some chores at home and she loves to be on it. I also like the neutral design it's not too heavy it lightweight and I carry it everywhere around the house and it was easy to assemble."

    "Throughout the years of having 3 kids I've tried all sorts of rocking chairs but this design blew me away with it's outstanding quality well thought out of the baby and design. Not to mention I love the color! Every Season rocking seat- Wesley is greish with beige. I am able to use it from newborn to 30 months(or up to 40lbs). It's super comfortable and soft (thanks to 100% natural lambswool). I love how it folds flat for easy storage and less space Rocking seat can be converted easily for a toddler chair! It also includes 2 removable toys a plush teddy bear and a wooden ring. Just what any baby needs! I love the detachable toy bar with wood. On the bottom of the seat there are buttons for music sound and vibration but you would need 3C batteries that are not included. I do wish it originally came with the batteries or built in rechargeable USB type to help new parents get started without hunting for batteries but it is not a deal breaker for us. The rocking seat is very lightweight and with one hand I can easily move it from downstairs to upstairs or to another room. This design is very modern and stylish for any new baby or toddler! It fits into the modern and stylish home my family and I have built together and it looks classy when visitors come to meet the baby! In addition leaves the baby soothes comfortable and warm during winter with the lambswool. During summer Texas heat I simply have to remove the lambswool and it keeps the baby cool and breathable. I love that I can easily remove the lambswool and wash it when needed. Makes my life as a mom much easier. I love that I am able to watch my newborn grow in this seat as they get up to 40lbs or 30 months. Great for pretend play when a toddler or reading a book. This rocking seat is great not only as the baby grows but keeps them close to me while I cook in the kitchen or toss laundry from washer to dryer. The perfect baby shower gift for someone expecting soon or the best purchase you'd make for your family! I highly recommend this!! P. S Super easy to put together!!"

    "Love this rocker. The design is modern. I love how it grows with my baby. It is easy to clean. The only part that I don't love is the wool part after a few times washing(by hand) looses some of its softness."

    "This chair is insanely cute. Only reasons I didn't give it a perfect score are that it doesn't really rock on its own but it vibrates so I find it misleading and the fact that the wool pad needs dry cleaning which is a pain in my opinion. Babies make messes it's inconvenient. Other than that this chair is GREAT. Its neutral colored so not an eye sore in your nicest if rooms and can be used for several babies. The pad is plush and looks so comfy I wish they made these for adults- would love to sit back and read in one but id probably fall asleep! 😂 Seriously though this is my new favorite for when I need to cook fold laundry shower etc and cant hold the baby at that instant and baby doesnt seem to mind. Other than a rocking feature or ability to bounce like a babybjorn I really don't see ways to improve on this. Get it for your baby or an expecting friend youll love it!"

    "I like the versatility of the Wesley Every Season Rocking Seat by Ingenuity. This seat grows with my child. It can be used as soon as your child is born. The seat is made with Air Flow Technology. The 3D premium mesh fabric allows air to flow through keeping my child comfortable while he uses it. It also has a removable 100% lambswool insert that keeps him warm and cozy. I like that it's removable and I can lay him on this soft fluffy pad when it comes to tummy time. The lambswool does need to be dry-cleaned which is a little inconvenient but you do not have to use it in the seat. My son loves looking at the removable toy bar that has a cute teddy named Nate the Bear as well as a wooden ring toy attached on a ring strap. I like that this seat plays music sounds and vibrates making it the perfect relaxation spot for my son. It can rock and eventually becomes a stationary seat. It can hold a child from 0 to 30 months and up to 40 pounds. This seat is well made. It was constructed with quality materials and was built to last. I like that it folds flat for easy storage or transport. The frame can be wiped with a damp cloth when needed and the mesh sling can be machine washed in cold water. Again the lambswool insert must be dry-cleaned."
