All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

It wipes clean so easily which is a must in any highchair and it is incredibly versatile…I use it for my 6 month old and my cousin brought his almost 2 year old over and we used as a booster which was genius! The two tray sizes are so awesome. The only thing it’s missing is a fold function (nbd bc very few high chairs fold) and storage( would love a place to store the trays when not in use and would love to store bibs somewhere)"

It is to clean as baby does a lot of mess while eating and the pad is also easily to remove and machine washable. Also the high chair is easy to move everywhere and very comfortable seat pad. I would like to add that is a good quality and its a great design."
