All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

As a lot of you have said the swing doesn’t work upon first try and I had the same issue and spent A LOT of time googling and trying to troubleshoot. Then for whatever I had this thought that maybe it wasn’t working because there wasn’t any weight in the swing. I put something in the swing I had close by weighting a few pounds or so and it magically worked!"

Battery operated so no cord but at the same time kinds wish it had a power supply so no worry for batteries. Push to get swing started and it's a very gentle swing. "This is my favorite portable swing! I’ve tried a couple different ones and this one has the best seat angle. My son is about 25 lbs and fits well in this. It appears to hold up really well as my toddlers love to play with it too. There are enough settings that don’t make it monotonous for my baby and it’s easy to transport."
