All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

Seems very durable and made to last a long time. Its a. perfect size also to fit in any doorway or a place that the measurements fits perfectly. If you need safety this is the product you need. I would definitely recommend this product to all my family and friends with small children or can even use for pets."

It has minimal parts and fits any doorway in my house with the attachments. It swings both ways and can be moved quickly if needed.
