All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

It is marketed as providing ideal 90-90-90 seating which I appreciate as a feeding therapist. However when in the high chair position it is too tall to be pulled up to a standard table. A toddler can use the high chair in the booster position at the table but children over 3 can only use it as a toddler floor stool. The chair is lightweight and I also like that it folds for convenient storage."
