All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"Works great with the gate its advertised with. Could be used with other screw in gates too I guess. The grips work well with my stairs and doesnt require specific banister types to work. Good purchase!"
"I received this product as a sample the gate is great it come with the screws/anchor needed and straps to secure it to the banister and is easy to install. The gate latches and opens just like a door so it's easy to use but you don't have to worry about your child getting it open."
"This was a bit complicated to install especially when trying to mount it to the wall had to have my husband help me hold in place and alignment. The material used for this gate was great quality however it's on the heavy side so it'll take two person to install and a bit of patience. Once install opening and closing gate was breezy and smooth and it does what it's meant to do keep the kids protected from the staircase."
