All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"If your looking for a swaddler for your baby? I would definitely recommend trying swaddleMe by Ingenuity. I'm happy to have found such a great product for my baby. These swaddlers fit perfectly. They are also very easy to use. My baby looks like he so secure and comfortable when i use them. I also love that the material is light in weight and very soft. After I washed them they kept the soft feel and didn't loose there shape at all. Compared to other swaddlers i have tried in the past. This one is definitely the best one yet. "These swaddles are nice and soft with great neutral patterns/colors (we were being surprised on gender of Bebe so I appreciate great neutrals!). I ran these through the wash and they seem to be great quality- they didn’t get pilly or faded at all. Very easy to use- just a matter of folding over one flap in one direction and then the other flap on top to fasten in place. I like how simple they are to use - they don’t require intricate wrapping of Bebe!"
"What can I say about this product? I use this all throughout the day to help keep my little one nice and warm. It’s so easy to use and baby boy is so comfortable that he sleep well in it I love that I am able to let his arms be freely . The wrap is very soft and easy to clean. I highly recommend if you are looking for something to help your baby sleep . Gives baby the womb effects and keep him calm a lot longer until feeding time."
