Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free ground shipping on orders above the minimum order threshold of $69.99.  Orders below that threshold will pay $3.99 for ground shipping with an estimated delivery between 3-5 business days.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 48 hours of order receipt.  In most cases, orders received by 10am EST will ship the same day.  Typical shipping time via FedEx ground is 3-5 business days.

How will my order be shipped?

Our default shipping method is FedEx Ground.  Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via FedEx Ground and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.


What are your shipping costs?

Orders that exceed $69.99 will be shipped free via FedEx Ground and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.  Orders that are below $69.99 will be charged a flat rate of $3.99 for shipping and will also be delivered via FedEx Ground.  These orders will typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, Kids2Shop only ships to the continental United States. We do not ship outside of the United States; nor do we ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

    Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

    If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at Call us 1-800-230-8190 | Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST (closed on U.S. federal holidays).  We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

    Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order amount minus shipping if an order is returned in good condition due to an incorrect address.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Refunds with an Original Sales Receipt or Packing Slip
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.  If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization.  Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a return shipping address.  You will send your return order to this location.  Upon receipt, your return order will be inspected.  If your return order qualifies and refund is approved, a credit will be made to your original method of payment within 15 days.

Orders Damaged in Transit
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us by filling out a Product Support Form Designate your purchase location as "Kids2Shop."  Be sure to add your order number to the comments section.  We address these on a case-by-case basis and may request a photo of the item’s condition.  We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
