All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"This toy is cute and is sensory filled to keep my kiddo entertained. The caterpillar is easy to grasp and carry perfect for smaller hands. The different parts of the caterpillar are multisensory to engage and encourage cause and effect as well as fine motor skills. This makes a lot of noise but isn't annoying. The head lights up and different sounds play when they press the orange triangle when you turn the different sections they click there is also a popper a rattle etc. I think this would make a good budget-friendly gift for a 6 months to 18 month old."
