All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"I absolutely love this stroller! I love how light weight it is. I also like how easy it is to fold and unfold. Easy to read instructions. A good size storage underneath. I don’t have much trunk space so having a smaller stroller that folds up nicely is a must! It also comes with a bag to keep it clean! I highly recommend this 3D travel mate pro!!"
"As I was unboxing this stroller, I was immediately impressed by the gorgeous color. The set-up was fairly easy and took me about 10 minutes. The stroller pops up with one hand needed, and is was just as easy to fold the stroller back up. It is lightweight and compact. It fits easily into my vehicle, but would also be very convenient for traveling. The included bag was a nice surprise for storage and travel. I like the added cup holder that can be installed on either side. There is also a little storage pouch near the canopy that perfectly fits my phone. I do wish there was a little more storage underneath. The features are definitely impressive and this stroller will absolutely make outdoor adventures super easy. We look forward to eventually being able to test it out with a car seat, but appreciate the capability."
"Wow. This stroller is so cool. It’s lighter, comes with a travel bag, and perfect for my needs. I like that you can take the wheels off and the handle bar off easily. It’s pretty smooth and you can adjust the handle height. The only con that I found is that the under seat basket is way smaller. My kids like it and I thought it’s a really nice stroller."
"This stroller is super light weight. It is 1 hand open and fold. It comes pretty much assemble, just need to pop the wheels, var and cuphold on. The stroller pushed super easy and is very smooth. The stroller has a 5pt harness with shoulder pads. I love that it comes with a storage bag for traveling and storage. The canopy is soft, and unzipable to expand with breathable mesh."
"I am very impressed with this stroller. It was easy to assemble. Looks modern and stylish. Keeps my baby safe and comfortable . Love the detachable cup holder and the pull down sunshade. Has ample amount of space in the bottom basket for a few items. Pushes effortlessly and navigates well. Easy to fold and put up when not in use."
"I appreciate the multifunctional use this stroller provides to accommodate the many stages of our parenthood journey. Material seems durable and easy to clean thus far. Lightweight and easy to maneuver with all wheel suspension. Fully adjustable shade and seat to fit your child’s needs. Useful parent pocket and storage basket. Foldaway and detachable ride on board can be used for sitting, standing, and stowing larger items. Bonus is a stroller carry bag for when not in use or during travel. The only downside would be the lackluster cup holder and lack of terrain wheels. I commend ingenuity for their thoughtful design and would recommend this stroller."
"This is my first time owning a travel stroller. I was pleasantly surprised how compact this folds down for its size. My initial thought was that it is kind of heavy, but once you consider how well it’s made, the weight of it makes sense and does not feel heavy once you are pushing it. The child’s bar is nice because when you unhook one side the other side bends to the side and you can rotate it so your child can easily get in and out. The sun canopy is a very nice size and stretchy material. The added storage pocket on the back for parents is awesome! I honestly could do without the parents cup holder, but it’s easy enough just to pop it off. The ride on seat is easy to remove if needed and glides effortlessly along with the stroller. Super happy it came with a travel bag as well!"
"Honestly, this thing has blown me away. The one-hand fold is no gimmick. It genuinely pops open and collapses with one button, which sounds small until you're standing in a parking lot holding a diaper bag and a snack. It's super compact (fits in an overhead bin, which feels like witchcraft for a full stroller) but doesn't feel cheap or flimsy at all. The quality is really impressive. The under-seat storage is way more spacious than I expected given the size, the handlebar feels great to push, and the FoldAway Ride-On Board being included right in the box was such a pleasant surprise. No extra purchase, no hunting for accessories. It folds right into the stroller frame, so going from one kid to two is genuinely seamless. I have a 21-month-old who rides in the seat and a 4-year-old who hops on the ride-on board, and it handles both effortlessly. Such a thoughtful design. Two small things I'd love to see improved: the seat doesn't sit quite as upright as I'd like for my 21-month-old when she wants to look around. It leans back just a touch more than ideal. And on really sunny days I wish the canopy stretched a little further. Minor wishes for an otherwise fantastic stroller. Overall, I couldn't be happier with it. It glides smoothly, folds down beautifully, fits in a tight trunk with room to spare, and genuinely grows with your family. Highly recommend!"
"I had the opportunity to use the Ingenuity 3D Travelmate Pro Compact Travel Stroller with my 2 and 3 year old daughters. Overall, it has some really great features, but there are also a few things I wish were improved for everyday use. My favorite feature is definitely the protective canopy. It provides really nice coverage and helped keep my daughter shaded during our walk. I also appreciated the small pocket on the back of the stroller, which was perfect for holding my cellphone. The storage basket underneath is a good size as well. It has a one hand folding feature which works so nice! It also comes with a carrying bad to store it in making this an excellent stroller for traveling. My 3 year old absolutely loved riding on the buddy board, and it was fun having that extra option for an older child. However, I do wish there were designated handles or spots for her to hold onto while riding because I worried about her falling off. My two year old had a hard time sitting on it as she couldn't figure out how to hold onto the stroller frame. I also found that when the buddy board is attached, the stroller becomes really difficult to push comfortably. You have to keep your arms fully extended so you don’t kick the board while walking, which makes longer walks uncomfortable. The adjustable handle height is a nice feature, but I found it really only worked well at the tallest setting. Otherwise, the handle can bump your child’s head when they’re sitting on the buddy board. My daughter isn't very tall and yet I had to keep it at the highest setting when she was just sitting on the buddy board. Another downside for me was the lack of a snack tray. My 2 year old constantly chewed on the front bar, so having a tray would have been much more convenient. I also think an adjustable cup holder would be helpful for different drink sizes. My Alani can kept bouncing around, and I ended up carrying it most of the time. One thing to note is that if you need to fold up the buddy board, the seat has to be removed, and there really isn’t a designated place to store it besides the basket underneath. Overall, this stroller has some thoughtful features and works well for quick outings, especially with multiple young children, but I think a few design improvements would make it much more comfortable and practical for longer use."
"I really like this stroller. As a mom of 4, I’ve had plenty of strollers, and this is definitely a good one. The setup was relatively simple - you just need to snap the wheels in and hook the cup holder. The color is very pretty and my baby looked pretty comfortable. The storage basket is decently sized, the drive is smooth, and folds well. I really like how this stroller also comes with a travel bag. It’s super convenient for travel, carrying, and even just keeping clean while stored or traveling. The hood fabric is a nice Jersey material and it doesn’t block the handlebar. I absolutely love how this works with the ride on board. The biggest downside of this stroller is that it’s not really a one hand open. It needs to click into place and I had a hard time doing that while holding my baby. It’s not a dealbreaker for me but I assumed it would be easier. The second thing that didn’t work so well for me was the cup holder. It is easily knocked off in my trunk, but that is also pretty standard with most strollers. All in all, it’s a great stroller for travel and to keep in your car. It takes up very little space but works very well."
