Wipe bassinet with a damp cloth and mild soap. Mattress and sheets are machine washable. Mattress: Remove structural boards. Fasten all hook-and-loop tabs. Machine wash in cold water. Air dry flat.

- For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $3.99 flat rate shipping to the continental USA
Returns Processing
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.
