    Returns Processing

    We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery. 

    If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization.  Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

    "Wow, I don’t even know where to start with this! I love this portable soother! This little thing is powerful and light weight. Easy to take along with you this soother has so many different sounds from a stream to rain or music this soother rocks! I love that it’s rechargeable and comes with a light, with three settings it’s perfect as a night light or use it when feeding or changing your baby! I like that I can clip it on our daughter’s swing or set it on a table and it’s still loud enough for her. The 30-60 and 90 min timer is a nice touch. I would highly recommend this soother!!"

    "I got this soother to use when traveling with my two little kids. I use the pink noise without a timer all night for them while traveling. The usb charger is really handy because works with my phone charger so I only need to pack one cord. I was a bit disappointed that the light feature only lasts for 5 minutes, which is why I did not give it a full five stars. I was thinking this would be able to serve as a night light when traveling but it cannot. Overall, it has a lot of sound options and holds a charge well, so it is very handy to have around for little kids."

    "The Serenity Glow portable soother is wonderful! It's just one of those products that make you stop and think: "why hasn't this product been out sooner?". It is a great speaker because it is portable and it has a clip; you can take it along everywhere. There's a light button and it's nice and bright but also has 5 modes including a red light. There's an auto shut-off timer that you can select from 30, 60 or 90 minutes. There is a wellness sound button and then there is the music and nature sounds button where you can choose from 15 different sounds. This awesome little speaker also has a charging cord so you can keep it charged and not have to worry about batteries. This is such a great sound machine -it's even great for adults."
