"I am trying to put together the swing, and they left a red plastic piece on the swing arm assembly, and it is impossible to get off. A black plastic piece is also stuck on the control module assembly. We need a refund or a new swing."

Frame: Wipe the metal frame with a soft, clean cloth and mild soap. Seat pad and headrest: Remove from frame. Fasten buckles on seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, using low heat. Storage: When putting swing away for storage, always store in a dry location, away from any heat sources, and out of the sun. Toy bar and toys: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water.

Returns Processing
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"I brought this Swing about 3 months ago. My baby girl didn’t like at first but now she falls asleep in the swing and the different speeds help l. Right now she is on the second speed and she loves it. We doing really care for the music or the vibration. The good part is you don’t have to use either if you don’t want to."
