All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"This is the high chair to get if you want one that grows with your baby. This can be used nine different ways from baby to toddler. I love that it can be used as a table and as a counter stool. It’s made very well easy to store when not using and easy to clean."
"I love this multi-purpose kid’s item. We have a newborn that isn’t quite ready for a high chair yet but we also have two young kids so we were able to repurpose this for now for the older kids to use as a craft table. My kids loved sitting on the little stool and we were able to put another stool we had on the opposite side for the two older kids to do crafts together. It folds up nicely when we don’t need it so it saves a lot of room. It’s also super wonderful as the seat portion of this item can be set on a normal chair or it can be set up to be a high chair. I love how clever the design is and how the high chair will still be useful after our youngest has grown out of the high chair phase!"
"I have owned different kinds of highchairs but this is truly the best one. It's easy to clean and I love the gray tray on top of the white one makes it easier to just wash that one after every meal instead of washing the whole thing. It doesn't have many holes where the food can go and the fabric is machin washable. The best part is that you can transform it to a table and a stool for toddlers to help with food or just wash their hands. The transforming is very fast and easy too."
"This truly is an all in one solution that would last from when they are a small baby all the way until they are preschool aged. However the extra pieces are very bulky and it is kind of a pain to store the extra things needed to transform it to the different stages."
"I'm so happy with this highchair! It grows with my child and you can use it for many different stages and tasks too which is awesome. My favorite (other than the traditional High Chair setting) is the step stool as my children like to help me in the kitchen often. I have four kids so having this that can be used for a lot of different ages and stages is perfect for our family! It's really easy to clean and move around too."

"This thing will truly grow with your child we have it in what we like to call 'toddler mode' right now and love that it can be used for our littles to help at the kitchen counter. "Been using this high chair for the past couple weeks now and the experience has been great. It is an extremely versatile baby chair and transitions to meet your needs as your little one grows. I’ve been using this high chair in the upright position for my little one during mealtime with ease. I like that the seat of this high chair is adjustable to recline. It’ll be super convenient to be able recline during bottle feedings. As my little one gets to a toddler stage and outgrows this high chair I like that I am able to transform it into a toddler tower. There’s also an abundance of other multi purpose functions with this high chair as well including transforming it into a desk with chair situation a rocker stool booster seat etc. This high chair is strong and sturdy and seems to be made of good quality. The chair is also easy to clean. If you’re looking for a multi purpose high chair this is one I’d highly recommend!"
