Seat pad – Remove from frame. Fasten buckles on seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, using low heat. Bolster – Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Air dry flat. Toy bar and toys – Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water. Frame – Wipe the metal frame with a soft, clean cloth and mild soap. Storage – When putting swing away for storage, always store in a dry location, away from any heat sources, and out of the sun.

Returns Processing
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.
