All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.

"This is a nice umbrella stroller. It's easy to assemble when it first comes out the box just click the wheels into place and attach the sun visor. It pretty lightweight and is easy to open up and also store it. It fits in my trunk easily which is a plus. The straps are easy to put on my baby too and are nice and secure. It has a small storage bag near the handle bars with two cup holders. It also has a bigger underneath storage area too! It rolls and turns easily also. Great for short trips and also all day trips."

"Overall, this is a good stroller for toddlers when you don’t have a lot of bags/items with you. It was easy to assemble and use, and is compact. The canopy is decent, but could be better. However, my biggest con is the basket size and design. The big metal X at the back makes it hard to put items in the basket, and the basket isn’t big enough to fit a diaper bag. I have another compact stroller and the basket is much larger and it does not have the metal X design that blocks you (it folds more like a full size stroller so it’s just a different design)."
