Order Processing
- Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
- If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at Call us 1-800-230-8190 | Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST (closed on U.S. federal holidays). We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.
- Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order amount minus shipping if an order is returned in good condition due to an incorrect address.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $3.99 flat rate shipping to the continental USA
Returns Processing
We will happily refund the original purchase price for any new, non-used item returned with an original sales receipt or packing slip, returned within 15 days of purchase. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To process a return, you must contact our Customer Service desk prior to sending your order back to get a Return Authorization. Kids2Shop does not pay the shipping for items that are being returned.
